MATERIALS AND COMPOSITION
Structures made in solid beech wood from French and German sources, subjected to a natural drying process until reaching a 14% to 16% degree of dryness.
The backs are veneered with oak and beech.
The seats are upholstered on chipboard, quilted with high density foam rubber polyurethane and covered with upholstery according to approved referencies.
CONSTRUCTION
The construction of our chairs involves processes which can be divided into two aspects:
Machining of the parts, which is practically a craftsman operation.
Assembly and fitting of the parts, donde manually.
The joins of bars, sides, feet etc...are couped with dowel joints and calibrated recesses properly fixed with glue.
TERMINATION
Our terminations consist of the following processes:
Sanding frames down to optimum point for stain application.
Application of stains and solvents.
Polyurethane-based primer, drying and sanding.
Finishes with polyurethane or reagents.
Drying.
